Looks good...but I have to admit..I've never had Brussel Sprouts!

I love brussel sprouts! I cut them in half, toss them in enough olive oil just to coat them (you can use butter if you want a richer taste), and bake them at 350 for 15 minutes. When they come out, I dress them with a coarse salt and Parmesan. Give them a try!
