Of course i notice some difference... perhaps an older version? I agree that contacting roots would be your best bet.

I just bought the small grace bag in cognac. Love it! Very roomy! Using it as my spring/summer work purse. It also comes in a blue which looks lovely as a weekend purse.

Ohhh i like this bag! I love the colour. For some reason i never noticed this colour when i was looking at their site or in their store. I will have to take a look at it in the store.

I keep going back and forth between styles and even brands. Sheesh bag shopping is a pain sometimes.

Congrats on your new bag! Have you used it yet? How do you like the horween leather compared to the normal roots leather?

The leathers aren't even comparable! Although the Roots "box leather" is still very nice, but a little "dry" for me.

I agree! I have the Londoner box which is very weighty and I agree 'dry' is the word. The horween is soft and light!
