Groupon might drag their feet with fixing this up though as I have experienced. I don't feel that we should return the bags to groupon as they are counterfeits so you want to take them out of circulation and not allowing them to resell it.

BLSky, sorry for posting so late, but I never even thought about not returning it. You are right they should be destroyed so that another person doesn't get scammed the only thing that worries me is about getting my refund. I have, unfortunately, returned the bag thinking that Groupon would not sell it due to me notifying them that it is a fake. I would feel so horrible if somebody else bought that bag. Thanks for the advice-I never even thought about that!!

I actually just have a question, my wife has a store at a Flea market in Wichita, KS, she had ordered some fake purses to sell at her booth, she had a sign made that let the customers know these purses where not real and she was only going to sell them for around $45.00 or less, she only ordered twenty purses. I was wondering if that would get her in trouble with the Department of Homeland Security. We just had a case here in Wichita where a lady that owned a store is been sued by coach. The newspaper article doesn't says if she was advertising them as real or not and she
had more items to sell than my wife, she had like 2,100 my wife has 20.

Unfortunately, the selling of fake handbags in any forum, even if you advertise they are fake, is illegal and I would recommend that your wife not sell them. I hope your wife can return them for a full refund.

This is a great sticky. Since I buy most of my bags online, I always look for blogs or any online information that could help me determine if the bag I'm about to buy is the real thing or a fake. This thread should be disseminated to other forums/blogs etc as it can help a lot of people to not becoming victims of sellers of fake purses. Thanks a lot for this!

Hi All, i just want to report all the member that Paul Henri which is mentioned a craftmans of hermes bag for 25 years and her daughter name's is Candice fraiberger who is running her father's business (see their group on facebook) , is a cheater. i just got cheated from them on 3rd of july 2013, for buying two (2) birkin hermes for totaly USD 35.100 transfered to Beatrice Boisson to switzerland bank at Banque Raiffeisen Des communes du Haut plateu, address 3971 Chermingnon. they sent me supporting completed pictures to proofed me that the bags ready to ship and will give the tracking number of international courier.

and what happen now, he ran away from our contact and never replied my messages, but he still reading the text messages as what i saw in my mobile phone. I was trying to get them from any other sourcing that he gave me ever, but the result is zero.

i have sent a message to the bank mention the above matters through the banks website which is in facebook that's what i tried to do. If somebody from you (Members) having experienced like me, please give me an info directly to my email [email protected], this is important for me because i'm doing this business for feed my 4 children, that i'm the one who responsible of my family and they are running away from my suffering.

Sorry for all the member, that we have recived messages from him, that my bags already put on the courier office today and having a tracking number i could track it, so sorry for all
the mistaken i have written in this forum, after last two days i haven't got any messages just from them, and i trace them through the contact number given to me wasn't true, that's why i got really stressfull of this matters. Let's see what happen the next few days after the bags arrives at my place, which is real authentice or not as he guarantee to me as a gentelman business. My experience can be good for our lesson.

Hi all member i had a bad news that i have recieved the Hermes bags from Paul Henri/France, his web at birkin hermes Paul Henri @ facebook group admin by her daughter Candice fraiberger that we had deals for 2 (two) bags for totally amount USD35,000 but he only sent 1 bag and it fake item. he promised me a lot of nice talking that all coming authentice and with original Hermes receipt of saint honore Paris etc, all zero. Please if anybody in this member knowing or might be having the same experience with me be advised and sent me to my email [email protected] as soon as possible.

Is there anyone knew how to report this case? to which department and all information that i can report this case? please lert me know. Thank you for all cooperation,

Hi, I'm so sorry to hear about this. Please could you first take required pics and post in the Hermes authentication thread? It will confirm the status of the bag.
