Oooh! Noriko, you should do it!! Then we can know about all the new things coming in..

 I'd tell you guys everything! That would be an awesome job to have, but I'd have to wait 6 months before purchasing new items:cry: I'd probably end up buying a lot of stuff for regular price:nuts:

It'd be so much fun, but my paycheque would never make it home. I figure it's more practical to just make loads of money doing something else so that discount is just a drop in the bucket anyways !

i honestly don't think i'd work any kind of clothing or apparel retail ever again. it's boring beyond boring, even if the store is busy or it's a store you shop at yourself. i sell appliances right now, and i enjoy it much more. i like explaining things and telling people how things work, etc. people rely much more on you to sell them the right thing and understand their needs and how they relate to the product, which i like. your responsibility and role in the transaction is much larger.

Amanda, do they have a training program to teach you all that stuff? We bought our W/D at Best Buy...the sales guy was great.

my friend use to work at LV as the security guard in Valley Fair, San Jose, CALIFORNIA. and he told me that the associates start I believe at 12.00 and get like 3 bags a year during a certain time or is it one bag a year. SO, I want to know is it true? Who works there and or who knows a friend that work there?

I'm not sure what you get as an SA. But I know that if you're working under LVMH you get a really good discount on the items. My friend worked as an intern for Galliano and she went to the show room and bought like more than 40 things for like less than $2000 (she bought like four pairs of shoes and like 2 bags and a bunch of clothes and jewlery). I think you get better perks if you work behind the scenes.
