I´d never want to work at the LV cause it would ruin the whole, special thing for me, I don´t know maybe its just me =D

I was told that I was a strong candidate because he (team manager) could see the level of ambition and professionalism behind my reason to want to work for Louis Vuitton. Needless to say, I passed the first round and am now waiting up for my second interview! The team manager had even told me that if he were in charge, he would definitely hire me.
So in relation to the topic of "How to Work for LV...", I would advise one to acquire retail experience and freshen up one's interpersonal/professional skills if you'd even like to be considered for an interview. Although I do not work for LV, for me to have received an interview took me five years in working in the retail chain--I am currently 20 years old and have worked in retail since I was 15. Also, realize that there are hundreds of people that hope to work for the multi-million, if not billion, dollar company, and there will always be tens and hundreds of qualified candidates. So if you have no retail background, let alone any related-experience, what makes you think you are qualified? Second, ask yourself why it is that you'd like to work for the company; is it for the discount or acquiring the reputation of "I work for Louis Vuitton"? If you can't come up with a genuine answer aside from those reasons, please...wake up.

am under the EU . have not heard of that
and as a sales associate, or even senior sales do not get any
managerial level only will get, but as told by the HR, its very little (i suppose less than 10%)
after working here i realized there's so many ppl out there with so many rumours on LV lol
yesterday, a customer asking if we ever did any sales/discount, i said no. she doubted, and i told her we do not have any outlet stores too. she insisted we do have in US but not in EU/UK. I said No, LV do not have sales, and do not have outlet store, period. she then pointed on my "LV In Training" batch and said, Oh U r in Training, and walked away, sigh...

I don't know if this has been covered yet, but my good friend used to work at the LV Holt Renfrew Bloor St. and he said that they would get paid a base wage of about $6/hr. on top of commission and (very rarely) tips. Because the LV was inside Holt Renfrew he actually worked for HR and got a 50% discount on all HR stuff except for LV, Chanel, etc.
