Hi Winter, I feel you as I'm also terrible at navigating and have a hard time using Google Maps. Re: transportation to and from the airport and hotel, it's easy to get a taxi, readily available at the airport. If you prefer a driver that speaks really good English, feel free to DM me. I booked a taxi for my return from the hotel back to Incheon and the hotel booked me a taxi. The driver was really nice and fluent in English. He gave me his business card when I mentioned I'm going back to Seoul in October for PS. For people who can help you with consultation, there are translators who help foreigners with translation if we go to clinics that do not have English consultants. Their service costs around 40,000-60,000 won per hour.
