For ladies who want to know how implants compare to natural autologous breast fat transfer, here is a collage to compare. With breast fat transfer you won’t get the upper pole fullness that you get with a solid implant but if you wear a push up bra, you can achieve similar cleavage. As you can see I am not wearing a push up bra but a bikini instead so my natural fat transfer is lacking in fullness. I wonder if they sell bikini tops that are like push up bras?

Aging affects your hair and post menopause not only could you get menoface but also hair thinning and hairline receding! I always wondered why older ladies had short hair and now I know it is not through choice but from continuing hair loss and thinning post menopause.

In my 20s my hair even reached my bottom. In my 30s the hair stylist always asked for help from an assistant to blow dry my hair as it was so long and thick so needed 2 persons to dry simultaneously. In my late 40s post menopause I lost hair in my hairline so got a fut hair transplant to reduce my now huge forehead from a receding hairline. In my 50s after blonde bleaching my hair thinned a lot and I dreaded brushing my hair. And now at 57 I have a big bald spot on the back of my head from the pfizer vaccine. My batch has AA listed as a reported adverse reaction on VAERS so I added mine to it too. I tell myself the late Marilyn Monroe and Princess Diana had short hair and were the most beautiful women so maybe in my 60s I go even shorter. I have bought wigs and extensions but too scared to wear outside the home but know that at some point in my 60s I will either need to pay for £2000 hair extensions, wear wigs or just cut my hair into a bob. Sigh. I am going to have to go back to dark hair next month and accept being less attractive to see if I can save my hair. Ageing s**ks.

Please stay away from extensions. I had extensions for a year and they lead to a condition known as "traction alopecia" and severely damaged my hair. The only thing that helped me to grow my hair back was hair prp.

Wow @Sophia Virginara I am sorry to hear this happened to you with extensions. Thank you so much for the warning. I shall avoid salon extensions. I bought some clip on ones but have not worn them out yet. I am now using 5% topical foam minoxidil with the 2% liquid minoxidil as I really want my bald patch to grow hair. Sigh. I find long wigs extremely heavy on my head. I dyed my roots blonde last week so I guess I can’t go dark yet.

A brave 31 yo Asian lady has made a youtube video of her damaged face after Taylor liberator and CO2 laser with Dr Asif Hussein, the same doctor who gave me a third degree periareolar burn! My heart goes out to her. She now has premature aging with the lower face of someone in her 50s! She has extreme skin laxity, can pull empty skin out to the sides, pronounced jowls, and her subcutaneous fat has been displaced downwards. She now faces the need to pay out of pocket for a facelift but in the UK plastic surgeons rarely touch 30 year olds for facelifts. What an awful dilemma to be in, and it has clearly affected her mental health. I reported Dr Hussein to the GMC 3 years ago and the GMC has not acted yet! Last month I submitted a witness statement for the GMC against Dr Hussein and hope they now take action soon as she and I are among many ladies who have been harmed and had they taken action 3 years ago many ladies would not be suffering now as they are.

Update: she has flown to Turkey and paid for a lower facelift to repair the damage. The surgeon had to repair her cut malar ligament too. She had to go abroad as it is rare for a UK surgeon to agree to do a facelift for a lady under 50 and some in the UK only choose to do a facelift in women 55 or older.

I look like Mask Girl! Love this k drama. She spent 30 million won to transform her face and I must have spent close to £30k on my face including travel expenses. But she was 27 and I am 57. lol.

Interesting that you wrote "the biggest sign of aging in the face is weight gain." I actually weigh less now than when I was in my 20s. I used to be about 105 pounds in my 20s and now I'm about 98 pounds. I am petite in height as well. Is there a reverse situation where aging is also caused from weight loss rather than weight gain?
a lot of people lose fat in their face from weight loss and that in turn causes saggy skin and can often time look older.

A cause to celebrate! The laser doctor Dr Asif Hussein who burned my right areola has been given interim conditions by the GMC to protect the public which means he can only work supervised. My 3+ year GMC case against him is still open and hoping the GMC reaches a final decision in the New Year.

I flew to the US to visit my 26 year old and took a selfie without makeup on in the Virgin lounge looking ridiculously young last month! I asked for the over 55 Denny’s breakfast menu in the Denny’s on the Vegas strip by MGM last week and was told that was for over 55 year olds! lol. Yup had that conversation. The fountain of youth is definitely fat graft + smas facelift. I definitely do NOT look 57.5 years old…maybe 21 in this selfie? I had a delightful chat with the US immigrations officer who was so baffled and confused that I was 57 and looked half my age and was visiting my 26 yo daughter that he forgot to do my iris and fingerprint scan and waved me through. The only problem I had with looking young was on the flight when the male flight attendant did not offer to top up my red wine glass as he looked 50s and gave me a look like I was too young to be drinking and instead offered to top up the glass of the lady next to me who was probably younger than me!

ms orange glad to see u here and still active! I just want to ask whats the latest now that u can recommend for browlifting that doesnt make the hairline higher?

I miss seeing your posts!
Hi @kaixin05, aww thank you for missing my posts! I realised I have missed whole seasons of Botched on tv! This feeds my addiction without having any more procedures myself. My breasts are now perfect after the final medical areola tattoo top up and my face is finished in a good way.

I was just reading in the Daily Mail of a 55 year old reporter who saw her face in facetime as we all did during covid and needed to fix her sagging face. She chose Dr Leah Totton for morpheus and 4 threads on each side of her face and neck for a whopping £4750 which is almost $6000! Remember folks to look up any UK doctor on the General Medical Council website to see if they have board specialty training. Dr Totton is not on the specialist register. She has no board certification in dermatology or plastic surgery or general practice. This is a flaw of the Uk medical industry. Any doctor can open a private clinic after medical school and start charging the public. To think she could have paid my board certified specialist trained plastic surgeon Nick Rhodes £5495 for a surgical facelift and had excess skin trimmed off like I did at age 55 too.

Hi @kaixin05 in answer to your question about brow lifting, why not consider upper eyelid fat grafting like I had as it also raised my brows at the same time! It is a lot cheaper to add lid fat grafting to a revision DES upper blepharoplasty for 500,000 won more or $500 than have a separate procedure just to lift the brows. I have found that brow and forehead lifting results do not last in the before and after photos I have seen online. I think this may be because skin is only lifted and trimmed or the postop swelling stretches the skin again.

I never thought adding fat on upper eyelids would do the trick for lifting the eyebrows. I had a friend who had fat graft on her forehead and over the years it weighed down and made her brows lower.

I’ll review your experience with fg on upper eyelids! Thank u ms orange for always giving us wisdom and hope for our PS needs!

I learned a new term called RCTA (race changed to another) or race changed to asian. It seems young people on tiktok are obsessed with changing their features to Asian because of the K wave. I then thought bleaching my hair blonde, getting a double eyelid crease and sometimes wearing blue contacts, can be suggestive of RCTA? I don’t mind looking Korean though as I got Dr Seo to reduce the size of my eyelid crease but I seem to look better and brighter as a blonde than with dark hair.DF18CCAC-6A55-449F-8D55-3DD3F1BEE0EF.jpeg

@MissOrange , I was wondering: how are the scars on the sides of your face looking like? I desperately need to get my jowls lifted but I don't scar too well. I'm also Asian and I think generally speaking, Asians don't scar too well, right?

Would love an update pic if you wouldn't mind please? Thank you.

Hi! I have a question for you, if you don't mind. I am mid-20s, but I have kind of low eyebrows (i think due to my dao muscle idk. I've been trying face yoga but results are slow ig) and because of this, I also have a kind of droopy eyelid. I considered brow lifts, but I am young and terrified they will trim too much skin. Also not very intersted in the thread lift. I have double eyelids but my upper eyelid area is kinda fatty. Since I already have some fat in that area, is it possible to do this method of lid fat grafting to raise the eyebrows? Or would I have to get a blepharoplasty first and then add on the fat grafting? I am terrified of blepharoplasties bc my eyes make me look young and I don't want to get botched and look super aged. Do you have any recommendations?
