I’m in almost the same situation. Revision eyelid is uneven and unnatural/ crease is too big with one eye not closing all the way. Soap and shampoo irritates because of no seal.
I am sorry this happened to you @dori. Please see the post above where I have attached my 7.5 year update on upper lid fg, revision bleph and ptosis correction. Dr Seo did all this in one operation for 3.5 million won which was around £1.7k back in 2016. He is the best in the world to correct botched Asian eyes in my opinion and remember always pay that tiny bit extra to get ptosis muscle correction as this ensures longevity…mine is 7.5 years and still going strong.

All credit to Ahnestkitchen for this photo depiction of the 4 types of Asian eyelid surgery. When I flew to Korea in May 2016 I had no idea of the 4 choices. Because I already had a double eyelid crease done in the UK, I think my choices were limited. All I said was give me Jun Ji Hyun's eyes and showed Dr Seo an A4 print out which he stuck to the x ray viewing box in theatre. Looking at my eyes 2 months post, it looks like type 2 in and out or tapered medially and parallel outer.

Hi MissOrange, can you recommend any good oculoplastic surgeon in USA/Europe/Asia. I had an upper Blepharoplasty in 2018 by famous Cali botcher. Besides uneven eyelids and extra folds my eyelids still do not shut all the way. I can make my eyelids shut if I "muscle" them down, but if I shut them gently then 10/20% sclera shows. My eyes

also open now when I sleep

Both are in Los Angeles. Find them on Instagram. They can fix botched. If they can’t, then NO ONE else would be able to help you.
Dr Amir Parsa and Dr Guy Massry.
Hi @prancer567 I would definitely recommend Dr O for lipo. I never tried fat transfer or implants with him so cannot comment on this. He is very popular with British ladies as he charges very little for consults in London and his prices in euros is very affordable. He has a consultant anaesthetist who administers the twilight IV sedation and a very experienced theatre nurse who is very caring and checks in on you in the recovery room. I think he uses tumescent lipo as it took weeks for the fluid and swelling to go down for the final results. Make sure you wear compression for as long as you can day and night to squeeze out all the fluids. He is a plastic surgeon and is on the Belgian and UK GMC specialty register as a licensed plastic surgeon so you are in safe hands.

I came across a UK GP advertising liposuction and he has no specialty training in plastic surgery! Please make sure you choose a plastic surgeon to do your liposuction. GPs receive zero training in liposuction during specialty training to be a GP.

But if you have had too much skin removed not sure HOW they can ‘add skin back’. Nevertheless it’s worth a consult with both. They are on Instagram.
I have a similar problem but not as bad as yours. I have to wear a sleep masks at night.

Hi @cherryzz,

Here is the 7.5 year after collage of my upper eyelid fg with revision bleph and ptosis correction by Dr Hyoseok Seo. As you can see I have no bulging, no slanting and no sagging. The after pic was taken last night. From dead eyes to bright eyes. From old eyes to young eyes. Dr Seo is my hero.

Did you also have ptosis correction together with fat grafting?

@MissOrange , may I ask you for 2 favours please?

1) my niece in London has had one of her breast implants ruptured. I've advised her to go see Dr David Floyd, for explant and fat transfer. Are you still super happy with your results? And may I ask for a currrent pic?

2) I myself would love to get my lips filled with a fat transfer. I don't want fillers. Do you happen to know of a surgeon who's done excellent work in this area?

Many thanks.

Is he less expensive than David Floyd, @MissOrange ?

Hi @Lien,

I am sorry to hear about your niece. Yes I am still very happy with my results by Dr David Floyd at over 3 years now. I do not know anyone who does lip fat transfer.

Hi @Lien, here are today's pic. I am in a 30E cup bra so it has retained for 3 years with one round of breast fat transfer for £5.6k. I have armpit bulge which means I should wear my 32dd bra instead. Thank you for reminding me to check my 3 year postop results! How time flies without worries about implant recalls, leaks, ruptures or risk of cancer. Breast fat transfer by Floyd gave me implant size enhancement without the risks of foreign bodies. I also had a look at my periareolar scars and wow, they have all healed naturally! Steroid injections are definitely the way forward if you have minor surgical hypertrophic scars but be patient as it may take 2 years to be fully healed. Do NOT get laser for scars as laser is too aggressive and can damage or burn.

OMG a side by side collage of 1 month post breast fat transfer vs 3 years post breast fat transfer showing 100% fat retention with one round! I credit Dr David Floyd for his outstanding breast fat transfer and my 4 month high fat, high protein diet that ensured the 100% survival of my transplanted fat cells!

@MissOrange . Thank you so much for your detailed reply. Does the £5,600 include the explant fee or just for the fat transfer?
David Floyd did an outstanding job. Your results are amazing! I really want my niece to go see him. I might go see him myself next year or so, to correct the poor liposuction that the local Dr did on me. I have lumps and bumps in my abdomen and back, not happy!

Hi @Lien the £5600 was just for the fat transfer. I saw a surgeon in Birmingham for explant with lift for £7.6k but I would recommend Dr Floyd for explant instead. https://www.mrdavidfloyd.co.uk/plas...reast-surgery/breast-implant-removal-surgery/
