I dunno! I went with my friends to get ice cream and I must have held the cup over my purse when I paid and I looked down and there were brown splotches in my lining! I almost started crying but my friends think designer clothes/ purses are stupid so I didn't say anything. They would have just said that I am making a big deal out of nothing.

I am sure the spots are small and once you get it cleaned out, no one but you will ever know

I meant to follow up earlier and ask if anyone had any experience with prof cleaners and Chloe bags. I took a Andrew Marc leather jacket to my cleaners and it came back in a not-so-body-hugging shape. I was heartbroke but glad that I hadn't taken in my Prada motorcycle jacket that was badly in need of cleaning.

Anyway, I asked around and was told never to take fine leather to even the best cleaners as it was always stripped and reblocked and thus never the same. After some careful research I think Arrow has the best rep for good spot cleaning.

If anyone has different stories to share, I'd love to know: that Prada jacket still needs to be cleaned, as does a suede hooded Max Mara trench coat (that would go perfect with Chloe Babe's taupe paddy, BTW) ;)

.....I think I shoud order some apple gard for my paddies, especially the handles of my craie loaf seem a bit dry and there might be some slight darkening too if I'm not just imagening it...?

Is apple conditioner same as apple leather care?

And should I use the stain and rain repellant after conditioning..? Thanks in advance! :)

I agree on trying the Apple conditioner not the Apple cleaner, but test it on a very tiny area first.
I haven't used the Hermes so hopefully someone will respond that has tried it.
Good luck. I hate jeans dye transfer! I have ruined clothing this way even after the jeans have been washed a few times.

Thanks a lot :flowers:

Does anyone out there have any good ideas on how to clean the inside of a Chloe. The inside of my Silverado is looking a bit shall we say scruffy. There are no pen marks, it's mainly make-up! :girlsigh:
Any tips will be much appreciated!

I've searched the archives and haven't found a solution. Does anyone have a way to remove a small pen mark from the outside on my whisky paddy. I tried cleaner and it actually highlighted the area a little. I'm afraid pen eraser will be worse. I'm going to the chloe trunk show today and I may find an answer from the rep but I think you gals know more. thanks, Loren
