oh yes! someone who's willing to do it! i was about to post and ask if anybody has tried. seriously, webswife, let us know how it goes and we will all just save us some money because these household goods are just sitting around waiting to be used.

My SA just informed me after buying our engagemant ring from there that all pen refills and watch bands and jewelry cleaning will ALL be complimentary from now on!!!! wooohoo..!:yahoo:

The T&Cos on Maui have a little sign up at the register with the prices for cleaning sterling jewelry, as well as the price for their cleaning cloth & I think they also have a cream?

I picked up Wright's Silver Cream (it was right next to the Brasso at Wal-Mart) and gave it a go. For about $5 for the jar, it was worth it! It didn't take a lot, or very long, to get my bracelet to the same shininess as when I had at done at the boutique. (Which makes me wonder why they always told me "3 business days" to get my jewelry back!) I started to look for more stuff to polish...and then just buffed it clean w/the polishing cloth.

I purchase the Tiffany's silver polishing "mittens". They are signature blue and fit over your hands like an oven mitt. The cloth is impregnated with a polishing solution. I have had them for years and they still work wonders and they are so easy to use since they cover your hands.. you don't end up with the black stains all over your skin from silver...
You can buy them at any Tiffany's.. but call first as they go out of stock quickly!
