I'm 28 and closing on my first house this week with a business partner.

I was 24 when I bought my first condo (alone), but didnt move into it until 4 years later (they were way behind schedule!)

I sold it 1 year after moving in and made a good amount of money since when I bought it, prices were super low. Took that money and bought my second condo, alone again (an upgrade from the first) and I'm moving in on June 1st.

I've already made a substantial amount on this condo, even before I move in. I'll probably sell this one within 1 or 2 years as well and upgrade to a house.

I absolutely LOVE real estate, love buying and selling and if your smart about it and do your research, there is good money to be made.
