How much is the most you would spend on a bag you just had to have ?

This seems to increase with the years, I fear. Initially I already was stunned by 150 Euros for a Hugo Boss bag and now I recently just went into the story to buy a Trevi PM for 1280 Euros. I think this has to stay my limit for now. No bags for the next time! But I love my Trevi.
