The color is fine and so is the cut. I don’t know what to think anymore.I hope you're not paying top dollar for that sloppy service
And you're happy with the color? (other than on your face)

Color can be messy especially if the colorist is working close to the hairline, around the neck & earsThe color is fine and so is the cut. I don’t know what to think anymore.![]()
I learned the hard way that color isn't necessarily as easy as it looks. I went one time to a new person (owner of a small salon) who was recommended by an acquaintance. She made my hair way too bright red. Now that I have someone who basically gets it right and works with me, I'm sticking with her. so if you're happy with your color and cut, keep trying to get her to clean up your face. It shouldn't be that hard. The color is fine and so is the cut. I don’t know what to think anymore.![]()
four hours! hopefully you don't need to do that oftenAlso from Germany, green suburbs of a state capital - color with blow-dry and styling, no cut, 4,5 hours = €200,-
Seems fair to me.
