If anyone is interested in style name pronounciations I can upload some. I am pretty sure of most but I will let you know how I would pronounce it if I am not sure. I am fluent in french so sometimes my best guess is good enough for me!!!!

Sorry about the crackly voice I got bronchitis at the moment. Gosh does anyone know of a better site to upload audio files?
YAY! I was pronouncing it correctly! That was awesome Leda!

WOW, I was not bad on these at all. Thanks ledaatomica.

I think the best thing to do is ask if you don't know, I ask SA's all the time, there is nothing to be embarrassed about. Only thing is sometimes they are wrong too :)

We're all human

bogey - I was saying Architek as in "architectural," but if I say it like how leda said it, SA's might look at me funny and roll their eyes.

I was pronouncing Clichy correctly until I called Vegas and the SA said it with the "ch" as in change, so I changed my pronounciation...EEK!

leda - would you do Paillette? TIA.

this is true. if we pronounce it correctly, some of the SA's might not know what we're talking about.

paillette - "pie-yet"

Pigalle (this is a great story) is a section of Paris that American soldiers in WW2 used to call "Pig Alley" because it's rep as the Red Light district.

It's the perfect name for that sexed up style.

Once I tried to get into Le Bus Pallladiam club there (my drunk obnoxious friends got in the way of that that night), so a friend and I went across the street to this small bar ... to this day we're not sure if it was a brothel or a lesbian bar.

thanks all! its no problem at all. Let me know if you would like to hear anything else specific. A lot of the style names are simply in english too so no point listing those since a native english speaker would know better than me!
