There is a product at the drugstore that is like a heel sock. It is like a gel infused thing that keeps your heels moisturised at night. They do work. I have bought them as gifts and used them before but I forgot the name. I buy them where the Dr. Scholl foot products are in the drugstore. Under $10.00 for this product.

When mine get bad I use a Scholl exfoliating foot scrub (I think it has pumice in it). I then use lots of body lotion on my feet after using the scrub. At times when I want my feet SUPER soft I will coat them with Vaseline at night, put on socks and in the morning they are so soft and smooth. This reminds me, mine are pretty bad at the moment. I need to sort them out this week!
pure unrefined shea butter. it's seriously a miracle!! i use it on everywhere & i can't believe how soft my skin is.
