How can I make my calves smaller?

15 day post op:
Able to walk normally now. I went in to get my legs aspirated today and it was about 100 from my left leg and only 50 something from my right leg. Dr. Jong and his nurse showed me how to aspirate my legs at home and gave me needles and stuff, but I don't look forward to doing it myself ugh. Pre aspiration my legs were 42cm (L) and 41cm (R) and post aspiration it was 40cm (L) and 39.8 cm (R). I'm so excited one of my legs is finally under 40 cm lmao. Flying back to Japan today and luckily the flight is short.

Does anyone know if trap (trapezius) Botox has the same risks as calf reduction? I dropped my suitcase on a lady getting it down from the overhead bin on my flight home from Seoul... I really felt so much weaker lol
