I bought a bag off the bay that didn't have a hang tag with it (I didn't notice it in the listing or I probably wouldn't have gotten it.) Anyway, I contacted Coach by email and they said they'd send me another tag. I got it, it wasn't the right color, and so I emailed back and told them that. I received another replacement in the mail yesterday, and it's the right color but not the right style. I hate to keep asking Coach to send me another tag, but how can I get the right one? I've sent the style number, color, etc.
Or I am making too big of a fuss about this and should just use the one that is the right color but wrong style?
