I think with wallets its less of a big deal since its inside. I don't think it will reduce the value as much as a bag :)

I think its looks great and I think people are also less apt to sell wallets as bags. I think we are less critical with wallets, if a bag doesn't fit, we get rid of it, its hard for a wallet not to work :D

I love heat stamping! I had it done on my Damier Ebene Speedy 35 and my Speedy 35 B(still on its way to me so hopefully it looks good), both without color though and in smaller letters. On my agenda I had it done in gold and love the way it turned out. Won't do it on my Neverfull though. I think it's all up to personal preference, and I know I will never sell any of these LV items - they are forever keepers!

I LVoe hotstamping! I get compliments on my speedies all the time and people wonder if it's a special edition. I think with speedies so rampant it's a nice way to personalize your bag, but not as flashy as the mon mono (which I plan to get). I'm not sure about hot stamping other styles, I think it looks best on speedies and SLGs.

I love the look when it's done right, but I won't do it anymore. The people who do the heat stamping in my local store are horrible at it, and I've had to fight to get a couple items replaced after they've been jacked up. Never again.

what u mean tho .. I had it done for the first
time and I'm happy for the outcome .
