Depends on how you use the bag. I often wear mine holding it by the handles but that will leave the bag open. When wearing it as a clutch I do not use the buckle and leave it open. When using it cross-body I also don‘t properly close it and either leave it open (not using the buckle at all) or I just put the latch through the buckle without securing it using the holes so I can easily pull it back when I need to open the bag. The good thing with the Halzan is that you can even open the buckle with one hand when wearing it close to the body. Hence, either way, think it is quite simple to open (but still secure enough).I'm interested in Halzan but my store hasn't had one in ages so I haven't had the opportunity to try one on... How does it actually open? Do you have to undo that buckle to release the straps, every time you need to get into the bag? If yes, isn't that a huge hassle?
