Thank you! All you need is the clip from the cles, 2 jump loops, a lock, a short gold chain and some jewelry pliers.

I disassembled the clip from the cles here:

Then added jump loops to both ends of the chain:

Then attach the clip to one side and the lock to the other. It took me about 5 minutes to do.
