Divorce is off! Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie 'decided to get back together after a February vacation turned amorous'


Looks like they won't be heading to divorce court after all.
When Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie traveled to the Bahamas in mid-February to discuss the details of their split, the two ended up doing a lot more than talking.
According to a Thursday report from RadarOnline, the 26-year-old actress and the 33-year-old former hockey star ended up falling in love again. And now the couple - who started their break in January - have decided to not part ways.

The Valentine's Day trip was 'intended to be a time for the couple to discuss splitting assets and a suitable custody arrangement for their son' but the two instead agreed to work on their marriage, a source told the site.
Their son Luca is aged two.

The insider also added: 'Hilary and Mike hooked up when they were in the Bahamas.'
After that the emotions came back. 'Mike broke down and begged Hilary for a second chance,' the Radar insider said.

For months the Lizze McGuire star was not interested in a reconciliation, but then she reportedly had a 'change of heart.'
'They’ve been meeting for hookups ever since, and Hilary’s softened and the two are moving forward to see if they can work it out,' the insider revealed.
As far of their do-over rules, Duff has asked that Mike take on more parenting duties as she launches her next album and stars on the new series Younger.

When the So Yesterday singer stepped out to shop at Rag N Bone in West Hollywood on Tuesday, her wedding ring was not back on, however.

The couple wed in 2010 in Santa Barbara.

At the time of their January split, UsWeekly reported the two parted ways because of Mike's lack of enthusiasm.
'She felt he didn't put enough effort into the relationship,' a source said.
They tried counseling for a year-and-a-half but 'he wasn't doing any of the things they'd worked on.'
That caused the 'spark' to go away and they became friends after a while.
Looks like the spark is back.

I'm sorry, but separated couples don't go on vacation together to talk divorce and separation of assets. Anyone else think this whole divorce hullabaloo = publicity stunt? Especially considering Hilary's upcoming return to her music career.... Coincidence...
