High waisted denim

I've never worn anything but high waisted....or waist bands that hit at my natural waist which is fairly high anyway. Anything lower is very uncomfortable to me....and I'm always searching to try to find jeans that fit there.

I can remember when that's all you could find.

When the lower rise were first popular I remember thinking....how can people wear these as they look so uncomfortable.

That's all our daughter wears, tho and they look great on her.

Love it! Especially in wide leg
IMO it will look much younger if you combine it with plain white T's tucked in and
Mike & Chris leather jacket or just combine it with nice vintage shawl

I really like this look. I have a pair of black slacks (high waist, wide leg) from Nanette Lepore, and they feel so Marlene Dietrich classy.

I think depending on how you wear them, they are either timeless or trendy.
