Hey ladies can someone please post me the link to the authenticate LV thread

Can someone please send me the link to the LV authenticate thread forum/. Because when I don't see it anywhere, and when I click on the 'authenticate this...' notice, and then on 'authenticate this LV' it doesn't work :S

If all else fails can someone give me advice on this:
