Was at one of the sessions yesterday. I must say I liked the collection more than previous seasons but have not pulled trigger on anything. Some pieces will have to be shortened by half to fit me! The checked trousers reminded me of golf trousers, again, twice the length of what my petite frame needs. The printed silk + knit tops are beautiful, but not something I would wear often in our climate. Was really looking for a nice knitted dress but there was none. Oh well, good for my wallet. But I will definitely pay more attention to their RTW from now on.

I tried the black coat in size 34 yesterday and the double breasted studs were in awkward positons in relation to my boobs IYKWIM so no sale.

Is the Vert Vertigo quite true to life in these photos? It looks more teal than green on my screen. Interesting.

That model wearing the burgundy coat must be really tall and downsized the coat. I tried it with my regular size and the shoulder part was like a curtain hanging on my shoulder.

I would say yes, the color is quite accurate as I took these by the window with natural lighting.

I tried on the double cashmere coat too, but didn't take any pics. I felt like a hobo in them as the sleeves were really long, only to be told by my SA that they're to be folded. :lol::lol::biggrin::p I have no clue what size it was though, so can't comment on that.

When I tried it on I thought that's the look they're going for, like a celine oversized coat, it just didn't fit me. But seeing how they presenting it here, the size probably just runs too big.

So for the new Bolide, they removed the oval thing for the heat stamp and the stitch that runs across the bag, no? Kinda makes the bag look "naked", I don't know how else to explain it. :p

It's similar to the Web Bolide/1923 minus the exterior pocket, a sleeker design

It's based on the original Black Box Bugatti bag made for Emilie Hermes' wife, it is the forerunner of the Bolide. That did not have the monogram oval or the stitch. I think we have gotten used to seeing the current Bolide so this now looks incomplete.

Oh wow, I did not know that it's a revival! Thank you for that info. I thought it was a redesign

I was in H this weekend and asked if they had any of the Fall RTW. They brought out a few things, all very pretty, most of which we've already seen here. But I have the tag info for the pretty cream Flamingo Party tunic if anyone is interested:
