I heard that they only like to give quota bags to citizens, but that’s just what I read online. Not sure if it’s 100% true. I did see someone get offer a Roulis when I was there. The man definitely was not from Poland, and he denied it saying he has that bag already and requested another one but they told him they don’t have anything else.

Can someone please enlighten me on how things currently work in Warsaw? I’m a resident, and I’d like to start building a relationship with the Warsaw store (I typically shop when traveling which I think was a mistake to begin with).

What’s a typical pre-spend required before being offered B or K? Is Constance considered a QB? How does the wishlist work - does it open a few times a year, or can I request to make one at any time?
