Hello, I will be in Warsaw at some point next week. Is anyone familiar with current store shopping situation? Is it by appointment only or are walk ins welcome as well. I’ll be trying my luck to get Lindy, but there is some jewellery I’m also interested in.
Hope everyone has a lovely evening x

Hi,
It’s walk in system, no appointments required. If you will go there on Saturday it’s might be busy but apart from that it should be with no problems. I’ve been at the store three weeks ago and the stock is pretty low, whatever I asked for (jewellery, shoes) they haven’t had but were able to order it for me. Hope you will get whatever it’s on your wish list:)

Hello Lovelies, I have visited Warsaw store this week and thought I will share my experience. The first time I visited on Monday around 3pm the store was empty. I had a lovely and very long chat with one of the SA, I think his name was Krystian. Unfortunately there was nothing available from my priority list (bolide 25 or 27, Lindy 26). However, Krystian has set up my wish list. He even hinted that if I was ready to purchase kelly he could also put me on a wish list, but it would take over 6 months depending on how specific I was about colour and hardware. Unfortunately this is not something I could afford this year so I have declined. He have also mentioned that they receive delivery on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Krystian suggested that I could visit next day after 11.30am to see if there will be any bolide 27 on delivery however, he stated they have not seen them in store for a long time so he highly doubt it. I have seen many negative comments about Warsaw store so I need to say I was pleasantly surprised.
Next day however, It was quite busy. There was 3 customers in a store from what I could see and I think one of them was some sort VIP and there also was one very rude and challenging customer. Three SA on duty were visibly stressed and harassed. I have waited around 20 minutes for SA to be available. Unfortunately, Krystian was busy with the VIP and I was served by the SA who was previously dealing with the rude customer. Initially, she was very abrupt, when I asked about delivery she said there was no delivery that day. I have then asked to see two Evelynes 29 and Herbag ( this one was not available). After couple minutes of chatting she has visibly relaxed and was much nicer. She has brought me Evelyne 29 in etoupe and bisque as well as Evelyne 16 which is supposedly hard to get in Warsaw store. I have decided on Evelyne 29 in etoupe as it was a bit darker than bisque.
Stock wise there was couple of Picotins 22 in bright colours, bolide 30 and 31, her backpack, garden party, Evelyne 29, 31 and couple 16s.

I think this store runs a little bit like Paris store. If you are not a huge spender or VIP there is no set appointments with any particular SA. It is not very small like Glasgow store used to be but it’s not as big as London store.
I would say that if you get a chance it’s definitely worth a visit on Monday as it’s nice and relaxed. Krystian is very knowledgeable about Hermes leather and colours. He has hinted that he takes part in the ordering process which according to him is done 6 months in advance. The female SA, I think her name was Margaryta, wasn’t as knowledgeable and I think that’s why she was so stressed and under pressure. In the end she was lovely but I have felt a big difference in the level of service.

I would definitely be back but I would avoid ‘delivery days’.

I'd be careful hoping for a bag to delivered in 6 months. It might happen of course but low likelihood. I used to be a sort of VIP in this store (got 5 B/K/C bags within 1.5 year including SO) and since the change in the management (they are managed by Switzerland since late 2021, maybe something has changed recently) there is an actual wishlist and my SA told me that I will wait 1 year for B25 in non-coveted colour and unlikely to get it anyway. Think only VERY high spenders are now VIP and can receive bags of their choice, I don't have anything really expensive on my list to buy so dropped of that list. When I say very - means dozens or hundred of thousands of PLN in one purchase. There are a lot of rich people in Poland so it's now as competitive as for example UK.

I think one can ask for the SA of their choice but they might be working with VIP at that time and that's why another SA is allocated (unless one is willing to wait a long time). Also, sometimes there are really annoying ppl like acquaintance of mine who will block SA for 8 hrs while buying a few twillies and perfume (that really happened a few times lol).

The store is still pretty well stocked compared to Western Europe. I got a black Evelyne TPM or Herbag 31 and was able to actually choose from many colours, sometimes they have Picotins available for walk-in purchase and even Kelly Danse was offered to me but I declined due to my wishlist being cancelled by such purchase. Some things I ordered (eg. rose gold ring) never arrived but that's not the store, it's the lack of supply. The staff - if they know you are serious and able to come back might request a product from another European store but it's a hard fight for them, many stores will not give up coveted items to send them to Poland (lol).

The staff are super nice and knowledgable, probably just stressed by stupid customers (sorry for saying so but we all think we are great and nice until we aren't). I don't have 100% certainty but heard from multiple sources there was a major drama last year due to absolute idiots stressing the staff, stalking purchases on instagram and turning up same day to demand (like shout at the staff) the same bag, complaining to HQ and manager had to go. She was amazing and wish she was there still.

Who is the current manager if you don’t mind me asking?

Planning a trip to Poland possibly next year in April, and would love to stop by the Warsaw location. Anyone have a recent experiences that they can share? Just wanted to see if SA’s are nicer compared to what I’ve read so far the last year or two. Thank you in advance!

Hi! I’m local so I’m in the H store quite often:) there is lots of new staff hired and from my experience all of them are quite nice :) I never had any bad experience with SAs and from what I could observe they treat all customers the same (locals, tourists etc). Unfortunately stock is not always the best and if you’re looking for non quota bags it might tricky as it’s all depends if they had deliveries :)

Hi everyone! Wondering if the Warsaw location still offers a wishlist? And is Constance considered a quota bag there? Thanks in advance!
