I just wanted to verify if the Toolbox comes with a lock and keys. I’m interested in getting one and I was talking with my SA over email about it and he said it didn’t come with the lock and key, but all the pictures I see have them.

Maybe it's his first day.

Thank you everyone. I thought that it did as all the pictures on the Hermes.com website shows them with the Clochette and any resell ones have them. I think my SA is just confused. He isn't new but maybe not very familiar with this bag. Thanks again for all the replies.

Yes, mine came with a lock and key. Got mine 2 years ago, not sure if that’s changed though.

Hi toolbox owners!! I just became the owner of a beautiful Swift Toolbox 33 in Blue Thalassa. I love it!! Blue Thalassa is my favorite blue. The only problem is it is very slouchy and just kind of puddles when I put it down. Can anyone give any advice or a product I can insert to give it more structure? I know there are things for the 26 and 20 but is there anything for the 33? Thanks.

I use a divide and conquer insert from Etsy. It keeps my toolbox 26 from slouching. If she doesn’t have for TB 33 available in her page, I’m pretty sure she takes custom orders. You can also check the bag insert thread. Congrats on your new TB!

Hello Ladies, what actually comes packaged with the bag?
One side of the brown felt was acrually missing. My lock and keys do not come with a bag, what else am I missing?

yes i saw one a few days ago at Hermes in Hong Kong so yes they are still makin it

Great to hear! Prob just harder to come by I never see it at my home store I've asked my SA to be on the lookout for it!

Hi! I’m new to tpf and just received my tb20 in flamingo, which is from 2015 but I’m a bit concerned over the hardware - does this look real to you? I know Hermes changes their fonts from year to year so I’m just hoping I’m worrying over the P and S for no reason. If anyone has one from 2015 or 2016 and can confirm it’s all good, I would be so grateful! Btw, I know it’s very different from the current logo on the hardware because I also ordered it in Black and Rose Pourpre to make sure I like Flamingo the best I really dislike how slouchy the Flamingo is though so I’m looking for a bag insert too if anyone knows a good one since d&c doesn’t make one that small.
