View attachment 4032979 Hi! I’m new to tpf and just received my tb20 in flamingo, which is from 2015 but I’m a bit concerned over the hardware - does this look real to you? I know Hermes changes their fonts from year to year so I’m just hoping I’m worrying over the P and S for no reason. If anyone has one from 2015 or 2016 and can confirm it’s all good, I would be so grateful! Btw, I know it’s very different from the current logo on the hardware because I also ordered it in Black and Rose Pourpre to make sure I like Flamingo the best I really dislike how slouchy the Flamingo is though so I’m looking for a bag insert too if anyone knows a good one since d&c doesn’t make one that small.

Mine is produced and bought in 2016. You may take it as a reference. :)

THANK YOU!!!!! <3 <3 <3
It's wider and squashier like mine is too (much different from this year's) so I feel 100x better now!:smile::smile:
Here's how the new one looks this year for everyone's reference :)

And here's pic of the 2015 Evercolor in Flamingo on the left and 2018 Swift in Rose Pourpre - so interesting how the Evercolor is actually the saggier one and looks smaller, though I think it may be because it's older. Considering a bag insert from Original Club to help keep it's shape, which is what I like about it. :)

Hi... just a quick question.. i keep reading that the toolbox has adjustable strap.. however never seen an adjustable strap in toolboxes before..
Can someone please post the pictures of the bag with the adjustable strap..
Does it only come with adjustable strap recently..?
Thank you kind ladies..

My thoughts also..

Please help me out. I'm ordering a custom bag organizer for my toolbox 26 and I need to know how high is it from the bottom of the bag to the part where the taper starts. Thanks!!

My Toolbox 20 suddenly fell off my shoulder when I was using it, and to my horror I realised the strap had come unscrewed! :O
Fortunately I was able to find the screw on the ground where it had fallen - if it had rolled 2 feet it would have been lost in traffic.

Has this ever happened to anyone??

Something similar happened to me in 2009 with a Jypsiere. I tried it on when it arrived at my house via FedEx and the clasp hardware (same type as pictured in your post) completely fell apart. I sent the strap back to the boutique and they quickly sent me a new one. My SA told me at the time that the hardware on H bags was outsourced and sometimes defective hardware slipped past quality control. This was almost 10 years ago, though, and I like to think H has gotten a handle on it.

Help.
Trying to justify on getting a TB20.
I’ve fallen out of lindy (unfortunately. Or maybe fortunately. Had both 26 and 30). How’s the little Tb20 more appealing to you than say a lindy ? (Saw a short thread on lindy and TB but can’t gather too much). Thank you!
