As someone who owns a TB 26, yes I do find it a bit heavy sometimes. I’ve adjusted by carrying less and I switch between hand and shoulder carry. The big wide strap really helps.
I don’t find the TB20 heavy empty or full. What bugs me is the thick (5 cm) & short (cannot be worn crossbody) strap but there are plenty of replacement straps out there. I usually carry my bags on my elbow or handheld. The crossbody option comes in handy when I’m shopping in markets or in the airport.
My only regret with my TB20 is i wish i bought a darker color, I wear jeans most of the time. Mine is in a very cute glycine.

I am a fan of toolbox and had it in bicolor orange/gold swift 26 but find it heavy. Back then, they haven’t released the 20 yet. Now, i am interested to have one.

Thank you! Yes, the strap was a separate add-on, they had it in both 25mm (I think) and 50mm widths, and I went with the 50mm since it looked better with the chunky shape of the Toolbox. I believe the original strap is also 50mm, but the TBs all come with rather dull straps IMHO, so it was worth the upgrade for a little texture =)
I did not get a raincoat with the purchase of my toolbox 20. But maybe that's because I'm located in LA.
May I ask when you got your TB20? I just got mine this month...the Toolbox is definitely NOT listed on the reference card that came with the raincoats, but neither is the size I have.
