bagpunk, I have a H list as well.
Another H bag that I love is the discontinued Dalvy.
A member here has one in raisin, and it's stunning.
There's even a Dalvy bracelet.
i never thought i would have a list! honestly, i thought i just want a HAC and maybe one or two shawls, that is it. but OMG.....
i am trying hard to focus though.
only GM shawls (occasionally, every now and then, only if the are absolutely stunning and i ambsolutely must have them), certain leathers (barenia, clemence, maybe box or togo), certain bags (HAC 32 *sooooon*, birkin 25 or 30 when i am 45, kelly when i am 50, marwari *noooow*, and maybe a pair of boots (maybe not), but that is *it*
and i have dropped everything else on my wish list for my H list
(except a beach house and a PhD!!! 
)

bagpunk, There's too many tempting things, whether you go to a boutique, H.com, or a reseller. I love the CDC and Kelly Double Tour bracelets.
bagpunk, Do you own a medor twilly? The medor charms can be removed and you can wear the twilly without any embellishments. I thought they were cool looking.

K_B, i am very very new to H. i don't even know what a medor twilly is
but i did manage to spot a medor watch (not sure if it was called that but the hardware design reminds me of the medor) in 2004, and a medor clutch on janet jackson during MJ's memorial concert and remember liking both very much, not knowing whether they were called medor or if they were even H

I'm thinking of investing in a Kelly bag, but I'm trying to decide on colour and size, does anyone know a good reference site for that?
I don't want to go to the store cause I won't be buying it there, and I'm afraid the sales assistant wouldn't be helpful.
I'm actually getting a friend to order it for me straight for Hermes cause he works for them. Basically I want something classy that's going to last me for another 30 years or so, I'm late 20s now.
It'll cost me 2 weeks Salary is that a worth while investment?

I would say that the bags are worth the investment, as long as it makes your heart sing. So make sure you get the color and hardware that YOU want, do not settle for less.

Talk about going into Hermes detox... NOT!! Holy smokes... I have so many wants but feel so guilty about it - especially with this darn economy!! Grrrrr!!
I think my ultimate dream bag would be the Hermes matte porosus croc Birkin in Miel or Fauve with gold hardware. Size 30 please!!
I think in order for me to do that is to sell a lot of my existing bags... the crocs are getting more and more expensive by the minute!
I wish the crocs were a lot more durable - especially in the rain... I live in the NW and it rains quite a bit here - would love to get a Croc Birkin that's waterproof!! LOL! Wouldn't that be a dream in and of itself!!
Oh well, time to dream on... Sigh!

yb, What gets me is that exotics are so expensive. I've seen some of those bags marked up on other websites, and you could literally buy a car or house instead! (and it's not like buying retail would be that much cheaper) YIKES! So, for those prices, they should most certainly be waterproof.
