Does anyone know if there are any US boutiques that are offering shipping? I tried to inquire about ordering a scarf over the phone at one boutique but the SA said they are only offering curbside pickup, no shipping.

It is my understanding that they only ever ship to customers who are already established clients with that particular store with credit card information on hard copy file.

Hmm, perhaps that’s it, but that hasn’t been my experience in the past. I have shopped in person in one boutique but have ordered items over the phone from other boutiques in which I was never physically in.

Where are you located - I’ve heard policy has been changing at the Boutiques literally hourly sometimes - did you contact your regular SA? Have you tried Hermès on line?

My store is in a mall so it is not yet open for curbside pickup. I was talking to the Manhasset store, and the first SA said they have the scarf I’m looking for but can’t ship. I called back to clarify and spoke to a different SA who said they can ship but don’t have the scarf. :whut: So who knows! Based on my conversation with customer service, I think Meatpacking, Chicago and Beverly Hills boutiques also have what I’m searching for, but I don’t have any contacts there. So I suppose I’ll just wait it out!

If you have a regular SA I think going through them is the best option instead of contacting boutiques that don’t know you (although even before everything happened, scarves were easy to have shipped without you having been to a specific store before...it’s when you get to bigger items that it becomes necessary for you to be an established customer). But my SA has even shipped me things from other stores, like some lipsticks recently. Per my SA, the SAs within US actually kinda all know each other due to trainings and meetings, so sometimes they just reach out via their networks to ask. Your store is closed but your SA might be working from home...So you can try reaching out to your regular SA to see if there’s anything they can do. But of course if you are not in a hurry you can just wait :)

Just an update. I don’t believe anyone was able to get into the store. As you can see the glass shattered but they already put up blockage. Another somewhat high end mall on the other hand with Burberry, Nordstrom, Apple store, got completely looted and damaged. It’s just utterly painful sitting at work at a hospital dealing with one crisis and hearing siren outside constantly about another. :frown:

Totally shocking. Thank you for updating. The people at Hermès were definitely not protesters, they were simply looters, so all one can feel is sadness and violation.
