I just got this
cachemire/soie 70/30%, Ex-Libris losange medium model, c/w 16 Rouge/Bougainvillier/Blanc, S/S 2019 collection,
from Hermès.com and thought it would be a good idéa to post these pictures here for reference. I am very pleased with c/w and fabric. The losange format gives many different possibilities how to wear the scarf.
Thank you Queenie for your comment! Nice to know that I am not the only one! I like all sizes and own both C/S and mousseline, not many yet, but there will be more in time. I seldom see losanges posted in the scarf threads. Seems like scarfies like the square formats best.
This is stunning Holsby....I love this format in the C/S, I have 5 thus far! It is so versatile and easy to just throw on and add color and warmth without too much bulk. Enjoy this beauty!
Dear Holsby, thank you very much for posting this format. Cashmere has been very comforting during the pandemic and social distancing, and I would like to grow my collection. I was initially concerned this format might be too small, but your kind photos show this size is very versatile.
My MM losanges were indeed my most used scarves during the lockdown.

Thank you very much! The first look shows more of the checkers… I thought "Well, I finally have my scarf for the 500 Race!"
But seriously, I know the checkered area was an issue for some; I was less worried about that than I was about the border… Now I know the border isn't an issue at all and the checkers add interest to the scarf.
The story about the scarf says that Sarasa is Portuguese for calico - much of calico is checkers!
