Congratulations for your sleuthing! It is extremely interesting.
Would you have any idea who is sitting next to Copernicus, playing what looks to be a viola?
To me - sorry, I might be talking nonsense- it looks like Jordi Savall, but I am afraid he does not have his statue anywhere yet.

Thank You, but it’s easy to find city details, if it is someone's place of residence:)
I am impressed by the similarity of a sedentary character to Jordi Savall -
an absolutely identical hairstyle, also the beard and long clothing -
it fits perfectly.

Ah ah! I found out a link between Savall and Copernic:
see here for example (sorry, it is in French).
So it IS J.Savall on this scarf.

Perhaps Flaia Zorilla Drago who is the Confessions artist. I think I see some similarities.

Ooh. Yes! The eyes of the people in the building of Animapolis look similar to the eyes in Confessions! And the wolf figure resembles the black demon running in Animapolis! Good sleuthing!

What confuses me is the two different styles of drawing people in Animapolis. There is the traditional polish couple who are drawn differently to the other?

I was able to drape a few cws of the A l’Ombre des Pivoines and hurriedly took a few shots so you can better see what it would look like on. I wasn’t able to tie them properly because they were all connected together at the top like swatches of fabrics. So I did my best to drape. I also only got photos of the cws I thought were the most gorgeous. I was worried the event folks would tell me that I wasn’t allowed to do this so I took them as quickly as possible... I’ll see if I can get more shots of other cws! This scarf is absolutely dreamy!!

This is how quickly I was trying them on. I was snap-happy but looking snip-snappy!

Omg! I want all! Save money for next season!

Evgenia Miroschnichenko is Russian. Not that a Russian couldn't do something with a Polish theme but it's unlikely
Sorry for my two cents. I would not bid on exclusively Polish theme since the structure below Godzilla quite resembles Moscow Kremlin cathedrals.

Have confirmed with AS that this one is hers in the upcoming season. It’s a giant butterfly wing across from a feather wing. View attachment 4249034

She showed me a photo of it and it’s very nice!
She also said she’ll have two designs in 2019 AW collection. [emoji5]

Thank for the info!

I don't know quite how we got here, I'm not 'bidding'. I was NOT suggesting the theme was Polish (although it would actually be great if H did a Polish theme) that was someone else, I was saying if it was Polish it was unlikely to be Evgenia Miroschnichenko. My point to @emjani was most Polish artists would not be celebrating Socialist Realist (Soviet) art and H normally try to be at least a little political sensitive/ Def more than a touch of Taslitzky in that scarf (NOT suggesting he did it!!! so no one need tell me he's dead, I know).

I don't think it's Evgenia Miroschnichenko anyway, although perhaps like @Angelian I've been hoping H do something with her soon because she's amazing, my Zabas are among my favourite scarves. My SA at the time was Russian (as am I in origin) and she hated them, told me not to buy these "tourist scarves".

TO ME it looks like figures and animals have escaped their stories and fairytales and are running through the city/real life to the horror of some ad delight of others. Disclaimer: I have no inside knowledge this all came from my head where reality is very transient anyway. It's not going to be a scarf for me, I prefer Perspectives and Peony.
