This is so good to know! I won't need mine retouched for a long while because I just got it for my high school graduation. I now know what to do when it's looking worn out. Do you know if the hardware can be changed when it's sent to the spa? I'm thinking I might want to change the color of the hardware after a while or replace it due to scratches.

I have taken 2 bags in for a spa treatment and both came back like brand new; a Lindy and a Birkin. I think it took about 2 weeks to get them back. I took in 2 others and they told me they didn't need anything done except to carry them!

They can change hardware, but not to different colour. Eg: PHW cannot be changed to GHW and vice versa.

Do you mind me asking how much they charged you for your b? Two weeks doesn't seem bad! I'm contemplating on bringing in my B in BH :)

It has been 2 years but I think I paid about $150. I was expecting it to take much longer so was pleasantly surprised when they called and said it was done!

I took my barenia/toile birkin in for cleaning. It took over six months (which did not surprise or worry me) and I was charged $350. I had never paid more than $150 so this did surprise me. Has anyone experienced this with a non-exotic bag?

Hi, I recently collected my box leather kelly from SPA and paid S$390, waiting time was 3mths. So pricing has definitely increased together with the huge demands. HTH

was it really dirty? H charged 125 to clean the toile on my trim but this was about 3 yrs ago and it wasnt that dirty. Just needed to be refreshed a little.
