I would like to start spending to qualify for a qb.

Is kelly 20 in any colour, realistic for 1st qb?

Possible? Yes
Easy? No
Why? Hermes considers your overall purchase history and profile. How long have you been a client, what and in which categories have you been buying. Also, your SA and store plays an important role. If your SA have many long term and high spending clients asking for the same, he/she would probably give such to them first. The store as well is key, how many mini k are they getting etc.

That is the simplest answer I can think of to give.

I agree and I think the number of MK ordered is much less than Kellys in other larger sizes. Similar to KP, KC and in the past KL. It's how the particular store manager decides to use their overall Kelly PO quota.

Possible for your outlet. But it really differs with SA and the spending ratio will likely vary. No harm asking your SA for more info.

If your SA says she hardly see one, it means not your turn yet. That’s the line my SA like to use.

We may have the same SA. I asked for a cargo and she said she hardly come by any. Or no more cargo.
