I would say not normal not to hear back at all. Best to check if SA is still working there, and if she's on leave. If it is positive that she is still working there, then I would drop another text to check. If still no response, then I think she might be dropping a hint if its a new relationship.

Quite a newbie here! I have bought a few items already and recently asked my SA for a rodeo pegasus (super cute!!) but she said I'm not qualified to buy it yet. I never knew leather accessories also has to be offered. Anyone able to share how does one gets to qualify to buy the pegasus charm? Thank you in advance.

I have seen it displayed in stores before and anyone (with or without profile) can buy it. I didn't get it as I am not a fan of pegasus charms but I was told I can just buy it by another SA who did not know that I have a profile with Hermes.

not verified with SA, but this is the feeling I get as well ie. only with QB, you can ask for a Rodeo/Pegasus. I was offered a Rodeo for the first QB and then a Pegasus for 2nd QB. Hope this helps.

I have the same impression too… But i actually saw the GM size (cant remember if it’s rodeo or pegase) when I was overseas in H Istanbul store & it was available for purchase. But it may be bcos the bigger size, the PM size might be reserved for long client. I actually nvr check in SG for bigger sizes, since im only interested in PM size. Anyone has any insight? TIA!

I saw a PM size pegasus charm last month during a working day. It was available for purchase with/without profile history. A few days later, the same pegasus appeared on Luxlexicon.

Hello everyone! I’ve bought small items here and there from H stores sporadically and recently decided to “officially” start a H journey. I have a bit more purchase history with Liat so I popped in to pick up something small and get acquainted with an SA.

Things went reasonably well on the 1st visit (I think); I left with her work number and was also notified to come back for a previously unavailable item. 2 visits in, I’m very keen to continue with her but she didn’t respond to texts on store inventory/ stock for a few days. Read some posts here that it may be easier to ask for an appmt instead. I have since done so but still haven’t heard back so I’m feeling quite lost and confused as to how I should proceed.

Would greatly appreciate any advice! (e.g. should I walk-in to Liat and find another SA, change stores?) thank you in advance~

My SA at Liat has not replied to me either…Its been a few weeks. Just like you I have only been buying small items and silks sporadically. I wonder if that is the reason I didnt get any respond from her. I wanted to ask her about a bag and a shawl..I was going to switch to Taka but when I went last week there was a looong q outside. Me too lazy to stand and q

Fix an appt with your SA. Better this day. Even my sa doesn’t reply at times.. they can be rather busy nowadays. Usually I like to pop by as and when I’m nearby, but the recent influx of tourists makes this very tough. If they don’t reply to your appt request then it’s a red flag

Maybe your SA is clearing leave? You can ask if your SA is working today from the doorman/security guard.

It’s the same for me but I am not that interested in them either so it doesn’t matter to me if I get it or not.

Perhaps it is a good time to ask for it and ask to queue for it?

I guess our SAs could tell that we aren't too interested in getting one! I'd rather spend the resources on more practical things that I would love and hope to get.

Thank you. Indeed I feel lucky I was offered. The first one, I asked for one, and I was then offered the next time I was in the store. the second one was auto offered so I feel a little extra blessed ◡̈

You can call the Hermes customer service to make an appt first ◡̈ so you dun need to queue

Oft lately, maybe in the last 2-3 months or so, both my Chanel and Hermes SAs have OOO msges for their business WhatsApp. So I’ll know when they are off. My SAs will reply when they are back at work. Wondering if this is similarly practised by other H SAs coz I keep seeing complaints by ladies on this forum that they are ghosted by their H SAs.
