Hi everyone, I'm visiting SG soon and was wondering if getting a quota bag is likely for a tourist?

I found that the H journey is very difficult in my country, and is considering starting my journey in another country. I'm heavily considering SG since I go there quite frequently. Would this be a good idea?
I think it’s highly possible if you are not picky in what you buy for prespend. The stock situation for any popular items are quite bad and people usually have to pay deposits and wait for more than a year to receive them. If you can fly to Singapore in a short notice or is okay to buy whatever (even if it is not what you want) is available, I think it’s good to start your journey here.

Any other particular items in other non bag categories?

calvi duo for eg. Comes to mind

mini pop h earrings and necklace, calvi duo, oran sandals, some sneaker styles, certain twilly or scarf designs (hard to say tho), belts also need to wait. the thing is, a lot of items are usually OOS. and shoes are just bcos you need to find the exact size. actually, sounds like everything hahaha i think the rodeo and pegasus charms too?

definitely a good idea to start but be prepared to wait. Start by finding a right SA that is willing to work with u. I went to different boutiques here, a total of 3 times before meeting my H fairy. The first 2 times was not a good experience despite me only wanting to buy not popular items and rtw.

I'm not picky at all (though I can be indecisive haha) so this seems just fine to me. Thank you for the info!

Thanks for the reply! If you don't mind me asking, which boutiques did you go to?

The waiting times for the boutiques can be quite long due to rising number of tourists visiting . Was at MBS on a weekday afternoon last week and the waiting time to enter the MBS Hermes was close to 3 h so rmb to drop by early to get a queue number
