I have been a H customer for many years but never diligently spent for qb, so I started with this SA in 2021 as my previous sa left prior to Covid.
my spending was 1:1 for a k25 and waited since Nov last year for the qb. As usual gave my sa my preferred specs. I did highlight a mini k or k25 and was told during then mini k would be tough and need a long wait as demand was too high. So I opted for the k25. The long story short, my sa wanted to give me my qb after 5 months ( I turned down 2 offers along the way) as it’s been too long though I think it’s not long. I never ever asked about if there was any qb coming. So when I met my sa recently to place deposit for a watch towards next qb which is for the mini k, I was told I can opt for the mini k now: So a week later, my sa informed on the specs of the mini k (neutral ghw) that was coming, and I accepted it.
From my understanding, and what my SA told me, I don’t have to stop my spending even if my qb isn’t here yet, he will keep track and update me accordingly and everything is counted. There’s no rule to stop spending till the quota bag is here.
The journey is indeed magical and it’s unique for every customer and rapport with the SA is definitely very important.
