Liat Tower…. This is purely my own opinion…. I like the wide leather strap and the roomy space despite the small size. I am a cross-body bag person so I don’t like the handles as it seems a little awkward when used as a cross-body. The strap is detachable so you can use it as a handle bag but I think the handles are too short for the shoulders. The lock is an additional step needed to secure the bag, so it’s kinda inconvenient.

I like the Geta as the flap is easy to secure and hidden away to thwart any pickpockets in other cities. Geta strap is canvas though, which is quite rare for H but I’m ok with that. I think Geta is a good alternative for ML or Mini Constance. SA say that colours available are currently limited.

I was considering both bags too and I like crossbody too. The problem with geta is that it may not age as well because of the canvas strap. I have not seen both bags in person but it seems that the opening and closing of geta bag might be a bit loud. Chevre mysore leather will soften over time so the shape of geta bag might be affected in a long run.

Thank you for sharing your opinion of drag bag crossbody. I have similar concerns about the handles too. I will try to see if I can try it at Liat Tower. Hopefully it is still available when I go haha.

If you’ve followed this thread religiously you would know no one here would share such info. Relationships with SAs are personal and built over time. You need to find one you vibe with and build your own relationship with her/him. Goodluck with your journey!

Hi there! It might be an unpopular opinion, but personally, I would actually try another SA or another store. When I started last year, I also went to 2 other SAs in different stores. 1 SA did not give me personal number. The other SA, even after I purchased something, the SA seems reluctant to entertain me further when I asked if I could browse for certain items. I also didn’t get personal number. So I took the hint that they would rather not take new clients. Now that I met my current SA, we got to talk a little bit and I understand that some SA might be working for H for some time & they have established list of clients already. And H now put almost everything “at the back” and we really rely on our SA to offer those items to us. I feel that she has subtly hinted that there may be other SA that could help you better in your H journey. Again, take it with a pinch of salt and good luck! :hbeat:

Hello bagsaddict, thanks for chipping in and giving me some POV.
I am gonna wait for a day or 2 to see if she does contact me. I called the hotline yesterday to request for her, and they said she would contact me this few days. If nothing happens, guess i would need to be on the search for another person who might have space for a client. :panic: I definitely do appreciate your opinion too, sometimes the best advice is the very things we dont wish to hear! >.<

I do have a question for those who have their profile with the taka store, do you use your taka vouchers while paying for some purchases at the H store, or that affects your profile /qualification for items? was just wondering..

Hihi! I'm not sure if it's recent & there may be other ladies who were offered K25 more recently too. But mine was in Mar this year for K25 gris meyer (not sure if this is categorized as neutral, but for me it is :biggrin:). It's about a month since I was waiting for my WWS item to be shipped to SG for me to hit my pre-spend.

C18 for me! It looks cute & the strap is longer. Though it's much smaller, I think nowadays I have learnt to shrink down my essentials to a minimum hahaha :giggle:

I actually used to carry bigger bags to bring so many things when I go out. And I actually enjoy smaller bags now (after WFH during pandemic), it's lightweight & wont hurt my back & arm :tup:

I agree with @bagsaddict. If she doesn’t give u her number at the onset, she may not be acquiring new customers at the moment. The demand is no joke and SAs were bombarded with texts on a daily basis. If u are going after an SA who doesn’t have capacity to support your journey, u might be adding grief to yourself.

The SA I am working with now gave me her number when I did not even buy anything.

Thanks @Justlikewhatilike ! Guess I would have to make another trip down and wait a couple hours to get in the queue again in hope to meet an SA taking in a client.
