Wow! You are so lucky to get an appointment on your 4th attempt. Ever since the online appointment started I have not had any luck getting one. And reading the Paris posts some members tried 40-50 times before getting an appointment.

Actually I don’t think it is just pure luck but something to do with my purchases but of cause I’m not assuring anything, it could be just lucky or coincidence.

I’ve been shopping with Hermes for a while and I am truly lucky to find a really nice SA. I’ve never ask about prespend amount, or eligibility. I just message my SA or pop by the store every now and then to buy stuffs that I like. When the time is right, SA will ask about bag specs, that’s when you know it’s time for a bag

Sometimes I’ll ask my SA on items availability, when there isn’t any left I’ll take it as don’t have anymore or wait for the next time. I wouldn’t put it as my wishlist otherwise there will be so many unfulfilled items heheh. So I think it’s good for us consumers to also understand that its not that SA are not entertaining us or be disappointed that stocks are low.

I’ve also never requested for a non quota bag, but SA does throw in surprises here and there. Which makes me so grateful because the SA could have chose not to offer me since I did not ask for it.

Now I truly understand the meaning of enjoy the process, don’t fret about when the bags are coming. For new clients, don’t be afraid about SA, Low stocks or having no bags (I was too). Just step in sincerely, be nice and who knows what will bloom from there

Been a while since I last wrote on TPF. Just sharing I believe the stock are running low due to covid as what my SA shared. Few of the jewelleries that I have on my wishlist cannot even be requested for my size. She also commented she cannot find anything in the store that she can offer me when I made a visit there last weekend.
However, I must say she is sincere when she said that as she did try her best to get approval for me to purchase a KTG when I requested last month. She also told me to be patient.

Just want to share how luck plays a role. Visited the boutique last Thur to look at cape cod watches but only 1pc was was available. Visited again last Sat to buy that watch but then it was sold already. So I was supposed to wait for the watch customization to buy a new watch until my SA showed me this. I already liked this pc way way back but never thought I could still buy one since it was seasons ago I believe. My SA said it just arrived the day before.

So beautiful! The Cape cod watch is truly one of H's best watch IMO. It's so wearable and chic, the more you look at it, the more the watch fits perfectly on the wrist.

Thank you… and pink is my favorite color so when my SA showed me this together with the other watches she brought out, I didn’t think twice. I didnt even ask the price (totally forgot)

While waiting for QB is it fine to ask the SA on the status of it or are we just supposed to wait until it comes?

Suggest either you go very early at store opening time or call customer service to make an appointment. Every hour there are 40 to 60 ppl in the virtual q.

Otherwise, u will just frustrate yourself out before you even start.

I typically won’t ask because I feel like it stresses them out. Plus, usually I give a range of options so it’s anyone’s guess when a bag will be available in the next shipments. Plus, I was told it’s also fastest fingers first for the SAs. Sometimes they are on leave when new bags arrive, then it’s usually booked by other SAs already

I wouldn't ask to follow up. But I would somehow try to mention in passing, in one of my visits, if more than 3 or 4 months have passed.

I am not sure too. This time KTG was offered to me without affecting my QB or my quota profile built. I guess my SA just helping me when I asked for a KTG cos she felt bad many times I asked for certain stuff, they are not available.
