We have had so many reports about OT unrelated topics that have nothing to do with Singapore H stores.

Actually you can build 2 profiles across the 2 stores under the same name.. all 3 stores will be a challenge

You definitely can but it will affect your profile so it is up to you if you want to risk it. Hermes values loyalty so much.

Not really, I was told by 1 store not to let the other store know.

They can see your purchases in all SG stores including online.

Tbh, I don’t see why a client shopping in all of H stores is wrong..in what way is a client un-loyal to H brand? It does kills the fun of impromptu shopping. Shopping exclusively in one store and one SA only shows u r loyal to the SA and if u hv a lousy SA then u’re screwed

It’s the SA who propose ur quota bag to the SM. If it can be seen that other stores or SAs have a share of your wallet, Y should she help you?

We are merely sharing our knowledge and experiences here to help in getting a QB. I am saying what I know based on my years of shopping with H across the globe. Just like the others who share their own experiences here. It is up to the reader how to use what information have been shared. As the saying goes, hate the game, not the player.

Depend on each SA tolerance and client spending amount i guess....

SA just need to key in client's mobile number using the work phone to retrieve all purchase history, data from all stores in SG will appear. We did try recently test water visiting 2 other stores and each SA pulled out phone, keyed in mobile, Voila ! all are there, they can see up to 3 years of purchase history in store we frequent. Both SA advise same thing, try to stick to 1 store and SA, which is better for building profile and requesting QB in the end.

I am sure there are many clients shop across diff stores, or SA, with same or another person profile.

All in all, what makes you feel comfortable is most important.

Totally understand your feeling, when we tried visit the other stores, i was amazed with varieties of shoes on display, which I don't see in store I frequent to. However, since I dont have resources to spread across diff stores so just stay put where I started

I never request store SA to pull stocks from other store before. If there is particular item I like, I will screenshot from H web (not limited to SG H web only but any country) and ask SA if this particular item available? any incoming stock? or able to put up request to buy?

In fact shoes that I am looking for are not in any stores in SG, i did ask SA for these....... SA said seldom bring in this type of shoes to store I saw this from H US web (if I remember correctly)

It’s not so easy based on my experience. The well stocked store can reject the request. Even the online store rejects requests from physical store.

Even if they agreed to the transfer, it could take months. 5 months for a clic H. Non popular colour.
