Depend on each SA tolerance and client spending amount i guess....



SA just need to key in client's mobile number using the work phone to retrieve all purchase history, data from all stores in SG will appear. We did try recently test water visiting 2 other stores and each SA pulled out phone, keyed in mobile, Voila ! all are there, they can see up to 3 years of purchase history in store we frequent. Both SA advise same thing, try to stick to 1 store and SA, which is better for building profile and requesting QB in the end.

I am sure there are many clients shop across diff stores, or SA, with same or another person profile.

All in all, what makes you feel comfortable is most important.

I am told you cannot totally stop spending for a long period if you want to keep the pre-spend. For a few months is fine… but don’t think should be more than a year. Was not explicitly told that but this was briefly mentioned when i asked about existing pre-spend that is way beyond 1 or 2 QB

I was told it expires after 2 years. Like it is not counted if you want to get bkc and your bulk of the spending was more than 2 yrs ago.

I asked a few times and it’s the same answer from multiple SAs in all 3 stores. This policy has been like this pre-covid and covid times so I am not sure if it will be adjusted in post-covid times. I wouldn’t be surprised if it gets shorten to less than 2 yrs so please check with your SA to confirm.

It will not be removed but it will not help in bkc prespend.

You don’t want to leave your purchases to the last moment. You also don’t want to waitlist for an item and use it for prespend if it doesn’t come within 2 yrs from your first prespend purchase.

got SA namecard during first meeting, contact via mobile no. stated on namecard which is their work phone.
