Hello! Am new here and wanted to get some advice. I made my first visit to the H store in SG ever the other day finally haha (I must admit that I was a little intimidated before that) and got randomly assigned to an SA. We didn’t have much chemistry and she was pretty cold. I bought a pair of oran sandals from her as I always wanted it and left. She didn’t give me her contact, and I didn’t ask for anything else too.

I was thinking to start my H journey as I wanted to get some FJ too and hopefully a QB next time. Should I try to go back to the store since I’ve bought something and find another SA to start building my profile with? Or would I have to go back to her since I made my first purchase with her but I don’t have her number in any case, just wondering if it is odd if she sees me with another SA, though I doubt she might remember me.

Sorry for such newbie questions! Really appreciate any advice at all! Thank you :)

Hi dear! Had the same experience as you previously. I didn’t go back to the SA that I bought from for the first time. My SA was cold to me too. I switched store and found another SA that I’m more comfortable with and it was the best decision!:)

It really shouldn't matter, what should count is your vibe with the SA. Also, right now with the stock situation, even with a Senior SA you may not even get the bag you want. Just my 2 cents, you want the shopping experience to be pleasant, why not go to someone you get along with.

In the current climate (high demand, Low stock for everything), if u have good vibes with a new SA, just go for it. New SA could be more hard working to get you what you want to meet your pre spend. If u can’t meet your pre spend, ur quota bag offer won’t come around.

A senior SA most likely has an established clientele base and doesn’t really mind not having new clients. Many are not able to cope with demand of existing clients. Unless u r willing to drop big bucks to get attention…..

Actually when you go to the store u will know. Senior or not senior, if they r not nice or u don’t hit it off, just move on. U need to see the SA often enough to get ur bag…..sometimes even more than a family member….like your own mother, or mother in law ….better get someone u r happy to see since there is a choice

Hi everyone! Which H store has the most complete collection of shawls? If a shawl is in US website, is there a chance a Singapore store will have it? Last question...my SA is at Liat Tower. When I was there, I didnt see many shawls. Should I stick with that store and my SA or look at different stores?

Depends if you are in a hurry. If you want to build profile, stick with LT and then ask SA to order it in.
