Hi there, I bought an evelyne PM online from Hermes SG recently. Unfortunately, I realised I would prefer another color. The receipt states I can get a credit note. Does anyone know how long the credit note is valid and did you have difficulty spending it? I have never bought in store so have zero profile. I would imagine I’ve to use it for dish ware, scarves etc.

There are always belts available at Taka whenever I visit, the constraint might be the color and size you are after. But if you just want to see and try on first I think is better for you to visit the store since online purchases doesnt count. Also, not everything is on display so maybe you can save a photo of the pc you want and show it to the SA when you visit. Don’t be discouraged too soon too, the first visit and connecting to an SA is always the hardest but you’ll get used to it as we all did. Since you are planning to build your profile for the long term, visiting the boutique is still the best.

Thank you all for the info, and the encouragement! :) I will pop by the boutiques in the next couple of weeks to check out the belts, hopefully the combinations I like will be available.

Credit note valid for 1 year but there is limitation on which item the credit note allow to purchase.

Recently, a friend returned fj and got credit note, it is not allowed to use in bag and slg purchase.

Suggest either you go very early at store opening time or call customer service to make an appointment. Every hour there are 40 to 60 ppl in the virtual q.

Otherwise, u will just frustrate yourself out before you even start.

i sincerely hope you will enjoy yourself… :)

Been a while since I last wrote on TPF. Just sharing I believe the stock are running low due to covid as what my SA shared. Few of the jewelleries that I have on my wishlist cannot even be requested for my size. She also commented she cannot find anything in the store that she can offer me when I made a visit there last weekend. :amazed:
However, I must say she is sincere when she said that as she did try her best to get approval for me to purchase a KTG when I requested last month. She also told me to be patient. :biggrin:

a friend have spending history then requested for pico, one day after she bought fj bracelet, suddenly SA said got something for her, it is pico 18 :smile: though not the color she requested.

another store SA mentioned 1 client can get 1 pico only, so if there is existing pico purchase history, cannot request for pico anymore... usually SA can see up to 3 years purchase history, they can check history even though you purchase from another store.

No harm to walk-in , chat with SA and try asking if there is any stock.... who know it is your lucky day :cool:

I got mine early 2021. I was put on the waitlist and got a call within a month iirc. Before that I also got put on the waitlist for another colour which I ended up not getting because I was hesitating. I didn't have any spending history prior to my Picotin. I went to see my SA earlier some weeks ago and there was a P18 for purchase! But I heard demand for everything is high now so it might've been completely coincidental!

hi ladies, i went to the store few days ago to ask on Lindy. i casually asked if there would be pre-spend for the Birkin, and the SA said no, much to my surprise. I just went thru the forum and realised some of the SAs will tell u there is no prespend required haha.

anyway, the SA noted down in the system the bag i wanted. I suppose this is not same as the system for those waiting for QB? and having my requests keyed into the system doesn’t mean anything ? anyway the SA was nice and i bought a pair of shoes that i have been eyeing

I wanted to buy orans n oz mules but they don't have colours other than claudication colours
