Second @tabloid said.

Good stuff doesn’t make it to the shelves. I don’t browse at the store. Just go in and plonk myself on a comfortable chair (if available) and wait for SA to bring out the stuff that arrived that I waitlisted for months ago. And request to be waitlisted for more stuff.
Hello may I ask how to request to be waitlisted? Do you pLace a deposit for certain items and collect upon arrival or will your SA just keep an eye for you? I have never been offered for a waitlist if the item I want is not available hence wondering how to approach this thanks

these are for items such as Kelly belts, clic h, oran, whatnot….No deposit required. Ur SA can look up the item on their iPhone and see if it is on the way. If it is, then can join a q for it. But of course, nobody knows when it will be arriving. So, just wait patiently until it arrives and ur SA notifies u when she sees it pop up in the system.

For fine jewellery and stuff requiring world wide search, then a deposit is required.

Babe! It's nice to see you back here and giving all this great advice which I totally agree with. I notice also that my FSH SAs give me better bag options the more I explain why I am declining the first few which they read out from their phone list. It illustrates your point and it also helps my SAs understands how I choose to add to my collection.

It's nice to be back after a long while of being busy! Although I might have to disappear again... (LOL!)

And I totally agree with you on getting better bag options when SAs know your preferences or what you already own. Although I've noticed some of my SAs going "but this blue is SOOOOOO different from what you have, just try it!" even when I am all "No more blues!"

Thank you for the detailed response! I guess that means if I was never offered the option to queue it means the few items I was looking for is not going to be restocked…?

There are many possibilities:
1. Your SA is too busy and didn’t have time to look it up. So, if it comes then he/she try to fight with 20 or 30 SAs to get something for u. SA cannot find, same result.
2. Classic items may be restocked but not sure when. Seasonal items may or may not be restocked. SAs probably only have time to check at 1 point in time. So u might have to keep asking. But if u ask via txt, pls go back to point 1. Best is to make the SA check in front of u but u hv to be there physically at the shop.
3. U will buy anything available at the shop to meet quota. Y check for u.

Not saying SA is bad if he/she doesn’t check for u. But once u r on the waitlist, it could take 3 to 5 or even 9 months and counting (these are the length of time I am waiting personally) before it appears at the shop. There is a tiny chance that it doesnt come at all. Y the SA wanna get scolding unnecessary?
