That sounds terrible. There’s a lot of trial and error when finding an SA. I myself have met a few not so nice ones. Finally, I manage to know one good SA at each store let me know if you need one. I’m happy to share
I agreed with you ,lucky I found a very good one ,went down to look for her today ,didn’t buy anything but can tell she served me whole heartily as well

I am still quite reluctant to get from resellers tbh and that's one of my reasons too. No intentions (maybe next time) and did not even ask about a B/K/C, started shopping at H because I genuinely like the craftsmanship, quality and enjoy the shopping experience. Maybe because I am still quite new to this and not familiar with the "system" but thank you for the advice!

Anyone went through the process of waiting for a twilly / rodeo? Not sure what's the waiting time like.
I’m new to this whole H “system” too. The ladies here are always super helpful so if you have any questions or doubts can just ask. But most importantly, your SA matters! Getting a good SA will make all the difference.

I’m new to this “system” too. When I was younger, I wasn’t looking at H at all, partly due to the bags dont suit my lifestyle. But just as I’ve reached a phase of my life when I think I’m ready to chase after the iconic bags, I just feel that the distance to obtaining one is pretty far.......coz I’m at the bottom of the chain....

Unless one’s a celebrity or born with a silver spoon fully decked out in designer stuff from young, we would all need to take that first baby step.

To be honest, I was initially drawn in by the bags but knew that some form of relationship building via spending on other items was expected.

It turns out that this relationship building opened my eyes to some of the other products they carry which is are, to be honest, really exceptional and in some sense value for money!

For example, a 90cm scarf starts at $680 but you take the comparable product from other labels and would come to the realization that it’s quite value-for-money. SLGs like Calvi, Bastia etc are really within reach when you compare some other brands provide only canvas at that price point.

Some may scoff at quartz watches as mere fashion pieces. If we consider the fact that they offer customization that no other labels do, the price is in fact a no-brainer.

In summary, while the bags are no doubt a stretch for many, a large number of their other items could very well be a bargain in the luxury market!

Plus the fact that quality is assured

absolutely agree. I was explaining to my hubby (who does not understand my obsessions with labels in general) that I am too poor not to pay for quality  . I love the shoes I bought as they are so soft. Too bad the in-store selection is usually lesser than online.

I am also loving the scarves but yet to make a purchase because I have selection fatigue :confused1:.

By the way, can someone enlighten me, does the spend on leather bags (eg. bolide) go toward the "quota" ?
