Wow. Ok I have not bought any non-vintage bags from resellers so can't comment further. Let's just hope they gave you those protective covers as an complimentary extra.

Just to echo what’s already said - this is definitely not how they come from Hermès. It will just be stickers and not like this. Doesn’t necessarily mean that the bag has issues, but if it were me I would seek independent authentication for peace of mind. Best case scenario: the seller just added some extra protection to the bag for you. But if they described it like “brand new from boutique never touched”…they were lying.

Edit: I can’t tell clearly from the pic - are these like thick? Like rubber? I know something like that can be found / is sold online and some people purchase them to protect their bags’ feet.

oh some resellers told me that people buy silicon protective covers for the feet separately. not sure if this is like that

this is a brand new Lindy from the boutique, bought in May. It comes with seals for the studs at the bottom. Not sure if it’s the same type of seals As your bag though. Hope this helps

Agree with the ladies here. Bags from the boutique only come with protective seals/stickers. But you can buy the silicone ones in the market. I bought some for my kelly. They look like this.

Hi all, understand if I customise a pair of Hermes watches, it will come with a wooden box. Anyone has a photo of the watch box to share please ? Thanks a lot

Just did watch customization, here are the options:

Men’s Watch
Cape Cod 33mm (Automatic)
Slim D’hermes (Automatic)

Women’s Watch
Heuer H (Can’t remember)
Cape Cod 23/29mm (Quartz)
Slim D’hermes (Automatic)

Engraving is available for customized watch, approximately 18 characters. Additionally, we get a nice wooden box where 2 lines can be engraved on a metal plate (20 character per line).
