Haha I feel you, I’m at the bottom of the chain too  let’s just enjoy the shopping and only buy what we like (i see so many people selling brand new H stuff like bag charms etc), the bag will surely come one day, even if we have to wait long. It’s good that your SA has said that and knows you’d like a bag.

Same here! Just enjoying the shopping experience and buying what I like. My SA texted me about 2 weeks ago to check if I’m interested to get this specific pair of shoes but it wasn’t the one I liked. Happy that she remembered I was looking for shoes my size but I feel so bad rejecting to go down to try since it isn’t something I would wear

After that, I sent her another shoe and some other stuff that I am looking for but it’s all not available.. have been waiting to get a twilly and rodeo for my bag but this made me feel that I am moving further down the chain.. wondering if I should consider getting from resellers.

my two cents....if I have something very specific in mind, I would consider resellers because the premium I (often) have to add, will also be the additional spent have probably that I have to incur at Hermes. Of course you can also argue that the additional spent will be also additional items for myself, but then, I may not be offered that specific colorway I want...so I say, go for it if there's something specific you want and you don't want to wait indefinitely.

Thats quite true… waited 4 months for my teapot set and there’s no news still . Things that are nice r out of stock as well.Takes a lot of money and patience to get a bag from the store and there’s no guarantee . On the other hand, there are plenty of options in the resale market .it’s really a tough decision to make!

I apologize in advance if this is the wrong place to discuss this topic but I wonder what happened in Hermes Singapore? So many hard to find items are out wih the SG resellers. One reseller I follow already selling this new back pouch for birkins in such neutral colours, not to mention a few birkins in rare leathers. Are those easy to get from Hermes SG?
They may not be from SG stores. SG reseller market seems to be getting stocks worldwide.

hi everyone! sorry if this is a noob question, but do all 3 H stores have access to our customer profile? or is the customer profile specific to each store?

i bought my first [small] item from Taka today... but it didn't occur to me to ask this basic question. hahaha.

I believe your purchase and profile has been accessible to any Hermes store in the same country for many years. And now they can see your local online purchases as well.

Yes it’s a centralized system. I have been thinking of switching stores and know that the next store I go to would also see my existing profile. I would really dread any questions sigh :(

Does anyone have a nice and patient Sa to recommend from MBS? I always have a good impression of the store previously and I like the MBS location as well, not as crazy as or but I have been feeling hesitant to go in whenever I see a queue and the store appears busy.

Thank you :)

I'm sure this question has been asked before so pardon my ignorance. Does our spend online count towards our overall profile? Sometimes online has better inventory than in store...

Unfortunately they don’t…it’s your decision then to weigh whether you want that item more or are willing to wait for stock to arrive at your SA’s store

I don't shop in Asia, full disclosure, but I looked at the watch event at my home store today. My SA explained there was an enhanced box if you essentially ordered his & hers watches together. Seems the general idea is that a couple would both order a watch and the intent is that it would arrive for the holiday season.
i ordered this! SA told me they sell a similar box for 3K. basically, as long as you order a pair of watch (can be his & hers or her & her (mother/daughter)) it comes in this specially made box. I was told they would make one box as they make one pair of watch, so its very special and meaningful especially you get to engrave name, numbers, quotes on the box. There is no extra box made!

So i ordered a his and hers watch with matte blue croc (his) and sakura pink (hers). everything down to the detail is customisable but theres limited selection. the straps are also selected based on the type of face/watch you choose (diamonds/no diamonds, rose gold/steel) etc etc.

by waiting, did you put in an order ? I'm just thinking how else would the person in charge of tableware be aware of your desire :)

Personally, I won’t ever get from reseller especially if it’s over retail. (For various reasons, but mostly because I don’t like that they take away chances from a genuine customer who won’t “flip” a bag) BUT if I ever find that I’m getting super stressed, frustrated or unhappy shopping at H, I would just stop. At the end of the day, it’s not that serious, a bag is a bag is a bag (even if it’s a Birkin!). I personally feel like no matter how far down the chain we are, if we really like the brand and what H has to offer… we’ll be offered a quota bag eventually. Only a matter of when!

So yah, if the wait or the shopping is making you unhappy definitely just get from reseller. The plus point is you can get exactly what you want, super quick!
