Just did watch customization, here are the options:

Men’s Watch
Cape Cod 33mm (Automatic)
Slim D’hermes (Automatic)

Women’s Watch
Heuer H (Can’t remember)
Cape Cod 23/29mm (Quartz)
Slim D’hermes (Automatic)

Engraving is available for customized watch, approximately 18 characters. Additionally, we get a nice wooden box where 2 lines can be engraved on a metal plate (20 character per line).

I think the wooden box only apply to “higher end” watch . Not all watches come with the wooden box

Hm… all we got was 2 cape cods and they’re not even automatic lol hopefully the box does come along because it does look impressive!

I don't shop in Asia, full disclosure, but I looked at the watch event at my home store today. My SA explained there was an enhanced box if you essentially ordered his & hers watches together. Seems the general idea is that a couple would both order a watch and the intent is that it would arrive for the holiday season.

Erm.. but does your SA know you are after any bags? Because there are clients who aren't after any bags... so it's best you mention it. Else he/she might assume you're not after anything...

But he proceeded to qualify that bags go to VVIP clients, followed by those who have been waiting, followed by ....., followed by ..... by this time, I zzzz already. Yah, I know I am the bottom of the chain

Haha I feel you, I’m at the bottom of the chain too let’s just enjoy the shopping and only buy what we like (i see so many people selling brand new H stuff like bag charms etc), the bag will surely come one day, even if we have to wait long. It’s good that your SA has said that and knows you’d like a bag.

exactly. I don't understand why there are so many brand new items for sale without assuming what you know I would be assuming. But I don't want to get there. I am slowly learning more about the brand and their products, love that there is individual stories for most of the designs so I can fully appreciate the piece and inevitably makes me put them on my wishlist

One reseller I follow already selling this new back pouch for birkins in such neutral colours, not to mention a few birkins in rare leathers. Are those easy to get from Hermes SG?
