We have had so many reports about OT unrelated topics that have nothing to do with Singapore H stores.

I have spent close to 5 digit within a month and have requested for a mini Evelyn but till date they did not get back to me. I have no idea whether they will remember or I will just have to keep asking or how it goes. Will be good if someone can get back to us on this. Really disheartening. Like just a mini Evelyn so hard to get will I even get offered a Kelly. And I keep seeing mini Evelyn pop up on carousell. Like everyone is getting the bag except me

Sorry to hear about this. The wait can be frustrating but at the end of the day, if you have a good relationship with your SA, I think he/she will try his/her best to come through. May just need more time I suppose.

Think the stock and variety also varies across the stores and they get so many requests. If you want a specific colourway quickly, then the reseller route may be the easier option for you

Sorry to hear about this. The wait can be frustrating but at the end of the day, if you have a good relationship with your SA, I think he/she will try his/her best to come through. May just need more time I suppose.

Did you see your SA key ur name into her phone when u requested for it? They have an internal system that submits names for items (specific to size/color/hardware) and it's kinda like a queue system. So once the stock arrives it gets allocated to the first on the list and so on.

My husband it his name down for an Etoupe mini Evelyn but we didn’t receive any call. Can imagine my disappointment when I keep seeing brand new mini Evelyn pop up on carousell. I’m so close to just giving up on building my profile and just buying from reseller.

I hv also put dwn my name for mini evelyne in last nov. No specific color or hardware. Till nw, no updates fr my sa. Like u, i m damn sianz to see that there r bn mini eve in carousell every other day. Zzz

It depend on the Sa whether want to offer u or not. N depending what items u bought to clock credit. Best is to request colour in this season much easier to get. Y dun u keep asking let ur SA know u really love the bag alot .

I would try to reach the spending amount and push her to get u a kelly and after that consider moving onto another SA?

TBH I found the first bag hardest to get. After that the journey became much easier.

mini E is quite hard to get these days even for regulars. Just be patient. SA can only offer you if there‘s inventory. Post Christmas, overall inventory is usually low.

It sounds to me that this ASM is not really your SA? If she never assisted you for all your purchases. Not too sure. I echo what the other poster said though, mini Evelyne is quite in demand as well

When there was stock for the footwear she called me and then I also got another item which she held for me but told me her colleague will see to me as she will be out. Hi everyone, for a first time customer interested in a mini roulis or lindy, do you think i am able to walk in? I saw other countries have suggestions thAt one should call the customer service and make an appointment to be served. Could anyone share their advice/experience on this? Thanks!
